Choose the wrong grade and you'll be patching cyclone tiles every 6 months and replacing bed-coil shrouds every shutdown. We supply the abrasion-tested low-cement castables, SiC-bonded tiles and PCPF burner blocks that boiler refractory contracts actually want.

What we supply: Low-cement 60% alumina castable, ceramic-fibre back-up modules, refractory anchor bricks
CFBC Boiler — Cyclone & Loop Seal
Wear pattern: Severe abrasion from circulating bed material, thermal shock, mechanical erosion at cone
What we supply: Recrystallised-SiC tiles, SiC-Si3N4 bonded shapes, no-cement chemically-bonded LCC castable, PCPF cyclone targets
CFBC Boiler — J-Valve / L-Valve Loop Seal
Wear pattern: Bed-material flow erosion at U-bend, thermal cycling at start-up
