Each industry page lists the typical lining stack — what we recommend for the hot face, working lining, backup and insulation — for that furnace type.
How We Quote
A specification, not just a price
A refractory bill-of-quantities is only useful if the grade is right for the operating conditions. Before we quote, we ask the questions a competent refractory engineer would ask.
Request a quote01
Furnace & service conditions
Furnace type, peak operating temperature, atmosphere (oxidising/reducing), slag chemistry and cycle frequency.
02
Lining stack & geometry
Hot face, working lining, safety lining, backup insulation. Drawings or sketches; if you have a previous BOQ, we work from that.
03
Last-campaign feedback
Wear pattern, where it failed, how many heats it lasted. This is the single best input to a better next-campaign specification.
04
Schedule, scope & logistics
Required-by date, supply-only vs. supply-and-install, dispatch destination, packaging requirements (export-grade if applicable).
